Episode 67

With a heavy heart we present Episode 67 of The Unspoken Conversation where today we will be discussing the important topic of suicide.

While suicide is by no means a new conversation, this past week especially it has been on our airwaves and social media feeds with the recent suicides of Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain. The goal is to bring an informed and sensitive commentary on these well known events as well as those that are less known but no less painful.

We start the program with clips from previous Episodes (4, 35, 36 and 61) where suicide has been discussed. Thank you to Barry Chalifoux and Mike Meinema for your contributions to The Unspoken Conversation.

Later, Dr. Merry Lin talks about what to expect and how to approach your first therapy session.

Sathiya Sam then helps us further understand the power of our thoughts and how to gain perspective in our inner lives.
